What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in CLEO for 90 days after cancellation so you can export anything you need. After 90 days, it is deleted from our systems. We do not hold your records hostage — if you ever need to leave, we make it easy.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Month to month. No annual contract, no cancellation fee, no questions asked. Cancel from your billing settings at any time and your account stays active through the end of the period you paid for.
How many users are included?
All of them. Operators, quality, management, owners — add your whole team for one flat price. There are no seat fees and no tier upgrades for more users.
